Parking & Arrival Information
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are a welcoming, intimate space designed for presence, connection, and inner alignment. Whether you’re joining us for breathwork, yoga, meditation, or ceremony, each experience is thoughtfully guided and accessible to all levels.
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to park, settle in, and transition into the space. Most classes are guided experiences. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your body’s needs.
This is a space of respect, openness, and community. Come as you are.
Below you will find additional info.
-
Please arrive up to ten minutes early, as doors will close promptly at the start of class.
-
You’re welcome to bring an eye mask, water bottle, or journal if you’d like. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided for your comfort. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for Vinyasa Flow with Kim. A small number of mats are available on-site if needed, but we kindly ask that you bring your own if possible.

You are welcome to park in the driveway of the Sanctuary, in any open parking spots directly in front of the Sanctuary, or anywhere along Dekle Ave where there is no “No Parking” sign. There are also three parking spots on Howard. Additionally, there is one parking spot across the street from the Sanctuary, near the corner of Howard. If you have trouble finding parking, feel free to arrive a few minutes early or reach out — we’re happy to help. See below for photos.
